User Information:
Baba’s will collect user basic information such as Name, Email, etc. to identify the users.
User Image:
Users must upload the image when they visit any of Baba’s stores. That image is required to identify the user and their location/store.

The application will collect user's location information while they perform their clock in/out to mark their attendance.
Summary of the Attendance Clocking Privacy Policy
To manage employees’ daily attendance more efficiently, BABA'S has propounded an attendance application for clocking in & clocking out. Employees’ clock-in/clock-out attendance will be tracked daily, and a supervisor is required to approve or reject the same upon validations.
- This app can only be accessed [User] by BABA'S active employees who have login credentials.
- This app replicates employees’ data from SAP success Factor which is managed and maintained by Babas
- This app will collect user’s device's date, time, latitude & longitude for clocking in & clocking out purposes only.
- This app will also use GPS/Location data to capture your accurate Coordinates (Longitude & Latitude) only.
- This app will never share employees’ live location details with anyone or any third party.
- This app will show the start & end date and start & end time based on the setups from BABA'S internal server.
- User will take his/her selfie picture via this app’s camera for clock-in & clock-out purposes and that photo shall never be used outside of the organization nor for any other purpose other than specified.
- This app will show shop’s name, location, and any other remarks (manual input) to the respective clock-in/out approver.
- This app will store clock-in/out data in BABA'S internal storage for a stipulated period.
